Sometimes, it doesn't take much. Just the aroma of freshly baked cookies and a moment for yourself. With our baking mix, you can prepare your favourite cookies easily and without measuring out lots of ingredients.

The recipe is based on gluten-free oat flour and enriched with chunks of dark low-carb chocolate. Xylitol provides a pleasantly sweet taste, meaning the mix contains no added sugar. The result is a batch of delicious cookies, perfect with coffee, tea or as a sweet snack during the day.

The mix is suitable for vegans, people following a gluten-free diet and those avoiding lactose. As a source of fibre, it also fits perfectly into a balanced everyday diet.

Simply add butter, margarine or solid coconut oil, along with milk or a plant-based drink if needed, shape the cookies and bake. In no time, you'll be enjoying freshly baked cookies that pair perfectly with coffee, tea or a sweet break during the day.

Gluten-free oat flour 48%, sweetener: xylitol, dark chocolate with sweetener 15% (cocoa mass, sweetener (maltitol), cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithin and E476, flavouring), corn starch, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, salt.

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Pour the Cookies Mix into a bowl and add 90 g of butter, margarine or solid coconut oil. If needed, add a little milk or a plant-based drink. Mix by hand or using a mixer until a compact dough forms.

Divide the dough into 16 equal portions, shape into balls and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving enough space between them. Gently flatten each ball. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 175°C (baking time may vary depending on your oven).

Once baked, remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool.
