Our Banana Bread Mix was created for everyone who loves homemade treats without complicated preparation or a long list of ingredients. The recipe is based on gluten-free oat flour, combined with dark chocolate and xylitol, which means the mix contains no added sugar.
The mix is suitable for gluten-free and vegan diets and contains no lactose. As a source of fibre, it fits perfectly into your everyday routine. Simply add two ripe bananas, milk or a plant-based drink, and oil. Mix well, pour into a baking tin and bake. Before long, you'll be enjoying a delicious banana bread with chunks of dark chocolate.

Gluten-free oat flour 46.3%, sweetener: xylitol, corn starch, dark chocolate with sweetener 12.5% (cocoa mass, sweetener (maltitol), cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithin and E476, flavouring), rice flour, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, salt.
Preheat the oven to 175°C. In a bowl, mash 2 ripe bananas, add 150 ml of milk or a plant-based drink and 70 ml of vegetable oil. Then add the Banana Bread Mix and stir thoroughly until combined.
Pour the prepared batter into a baking tin lined with baking paper and bake at 170°C for approximately 50 to 55 minutes (baking time may vary depending on your oven).
Once baked, remove the banana bread from the oven and allow it to cool.
